North Dakota State law on Tattoo and Body Piercing:
It is a class B misdemeanor for a person, other than a licensed health care professional acting within that professional’s scope of practice, to tattoo, brand, subdermal implant, scarify, or pierce an individual who is under eighteen years of age unless the tattooing, branding, subdermal, scarifying, or piercing takes place in the presence of and with written consent of the individual’s parent or legal guardian. You must be 16 years old with parental/guardian consent to receive a piercing. You must be 18 years old without parental consent. Anyone under the age of 16 can ONLY receive non-cartilage earlobe piercings. You must show a state issued ID, and guardians must also present an ID. Depending on the situation a birth certificate, and or court papers may be needed for our staff to complete the necessary paperwork.

Piercing

Ashley, our piercer will do most all piercings including: facial, body, single point, exotic and custom projects. We offer a very wide selection of body Jewelry to go with any of your piercing needs. Please call for prices as they do vary from one to another and we will be more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Walk-ins are always welcome but we do suggest making an appointment.

For new piercings we recommend all natural untreated sea salt soaks.

All aftercare and instructions will be given to you at the time of your appointment.
